Wakayama Castle ~Corridor of Light~, which creates the charm of Wakayama Castle at night throughout the four seasons, has finally started! Let’s have a night out at Wakayama City and Wakayama Castle!
Wakayama Castle ~ Corridor of Light ~ Light up commemoration WAKAYAMA LIGHTS 2024 Wakayama Castle Drone Show presented by FeStA LuCe
To commemorate the lighting up of Wakayama Castle – Corridor of Light, we will hold the “WAKAYAMA LIGHTS 2024 presented by FeStA LuCe”, the “first” and “largest” drone show in Wakayama, in cooperation with Takasho Digitec Inc. and Drone Show Japan Co.
Please enjoy the collaboration between Wakayama Castle Park colored in lights, the Wakayama Castle castle tower floating in the night sky, and 400 cutting-edge drones.

“Shining Acts” is a series of experiences that can be enjoyed with light.
At the Wakayama Castle – Corridor of Light lighting event, you can enjoy a variety of hands-on events organized by everyone who cooperates with the project! Please enjoy Wakayama Castle at night!

(2) “Wakayama Castle Night Cruise”, a boat tour of the illuminated Nishinomaru Garden

(4) Sparkling soap bubble SHOW “Prism Night Bubble”
(5) “Wakaakari”, an exhibition of towers made with “bamboo lights” made with children
(6) Marche with many food and food trucks will be held at Nishinomaru Square
Scenic spot Nishinomaru Garden illumination
A daimyo garden said to have been created in the early Edo period. Chlorite schist, known as Kishu’s blue stone, is used abundantly for the garden stones, and the Ikeizumi Excursion is characterized by an elaborate stone structure that skillfully takes advantage of the steep topography of Mt. Torafuse, and a structure that resembles the inner moat of the castle as a pond. It is a formal garden and is also called “Momiji Valley Garden” because of the beautiful autumn leaves.
Although you cannot enter the garden at night, please take a look at the beautifully illuminated garden.
