Sea bream Ramen paired with Shirasu rice bowl has a delicious flavor with special soup from bream stock.

As Kada is promoting sea bream, we had the sea bream ramen and sea bream sashimi. The sea bream ramen was a salt ramen with seafood broth and sea bream sashimi on top, and it also came with a bowl of rice. The ramen was a salty soup with a nice seafood broth, and together with the sashimi, I could taste the flavor of the sea bream!

We had lunch at the ocean view restaurant Kii no Kuni inside the inn.
This time I had the “Tai Gozen – Red sea bream meal” (3,250 yen including tax). Kada is famous for its sea bream, and they have a variety of other dishes such as sea bream ramen, sea bream cutlet curry, Kada seafood rice bowl, and sashimi.
The sashimi, boiled fish, and soup were excellent while enjoying the spectacular view of the Seto Inland Sea.
Although I didn’t have time to visit this time, it is possible to take a day trip to the hot springs.

For lunch, I had the “Tai Gozen” (Red sea bream meal) at KYUKAMURA KISHU-KADA.
After all, when you think of Kada, you think of sea bream. In addition to sea bream sashimi, I also enjoyed sea bream carpaccio, sea bream soup, and other sea bream dishes. I could not get enough!
If you ever visit Kada, be sure to try the sea bream that will make you break into a smile.
