We mill our own buckwheat noodles from organically grown buckwheat seeds in our stone mill. The buckwheat noodles are prepared using freshly ground ingredients. The popular “Yamamichi to Kishu Kura Gozen” lunch plan includes obanzai, seasonal soba noodles, sashimi, choice of main dish, rice, miso soup and pickles for 1,600 yen.
